This academic year, #EICCA classes have been held at the Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC!
After 1 year of efficient work within the #Jean #Monnet project, the #EICCA team together with the project experts Professor Srdjan Redzepagic from the Université Côte d’Azur and Associate Professor Marko Tomljanovic from the Ekonomski fakultet Sveučilišta u Rijeci have been busy developing the #EICCA course, modules and study materials.
This semester, we are pleased to be able to offer the European Integration Case for Central Asia (#EICCA) module as an elective, and thus to lead it. The first module of the course Foundation of European Integration was held from September to mid-October 2024 for two groups of International Economics majors. The #EICCA Module 1 Foundation of European Integration was taught by Shuhrat Qobilov, Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC and #EICCA member. Throughout the module, topics on the history of the European integration process, the institutional framework of the #EU, the unified legislative system of the #EU and the founding principles and values of the #EU were discussed.
The #EICCA course is a 4 ECTS (96 hours) elective course consisting of 4 modules. The course is developed with the support of the European Commission and #Jean #Monnet #Actions.
