EICCA Module 3 Successfully Completed!

We are pleased to share that Module 3: EU Enlargement, Data-Driven Governance, and Global Influence has been successfully delivered under the leadership of Saidqosim Mukhtorov, EICCA Coordinator.

This module guided students through some of the most strategic dimensions of the European Union’s external relations and governance. The sessions focused on:

🇪🇺 the evolution and rationale of EU Enlargement,

📌 the Copenhagen criteria, pre-accession instruments, and current accession dynamics,

🌍 the EU Neighborhood and Partnership Policy,

📊 the role of EUROSTAT in data-driven decision-making,

🤝 the EU’s contributions to global development and humanitarian aid.

A special highlight of this module was that our students and EICCA experts had the opportunity to join online the recent EU Enlargement Day 2025, where policymakers, academics, and stakeholders discussed the future of EU enlargement and the accession prospects of partner countries. This experience allowed students to directly observe how theoretical concepts are applied in real EU-level policy debates.

We are proud of the active engagement and curiosity shown by our learners throughout this module. Their participation continues to strengthen the mission of EICCA as the first Jean Monnet Module coordinated by a Tajik HEI, enhancing EU-related expertise and academic exchange in Central Asia.
